For those of you doing this work out, i really gotta know. Can i do these at home? Do i need a bunch of equiptment and stuff? Or can i pretty much do it with just what they provide for me when i order the standard package?
I'd like to know before i consider buying this.

You'll need at least either dumbbells or Resistance Bands.
And a Pull Up bar is highly advisable.0 -
Dumbbells in prob two to three weights
Or
Resistance Bands
Pull Up bar (you can use the resistance bands for this)
Yoga Mat
i love/hate p90x. I am almost to completion though! WOOT!0 -
I started P90X with a set of resistance bands and eventually started using free weights. Also, the pull up bar is highly recommended (and you can get one at Walmart for $20). I first started doing the pull ups using the bands (where you attach the band to something and pull it down, versus pulling yourself up) and I didn't think those were very effective.0
