Water Weight Loss?
HI All, So I have averaged the same weight and body fat % for 4 weeks after completing 8 weeks reset. I have cut 150 calories per day for the last week and have lost 1.8 pounds in that time and spreadsheet has a loss of LBM of .6 and Fat at .2 so in essence I have lost some LBM and Fat but I`m thinking it is mostly water…
