Sweat suits?
Hi, I was wondering how others feel about sweat suits or sauna suits (i guess), are they truly helpful when trying to lose weight or pointless? What's everyones opinion I'm thinking about getting one.

Protein Shakes???
I'm wondering if protein shakes are truly necessary when working out and losing weight. I'm currently doing weight training 3-4 times a week along with cardio. Do I NEED protein shakes in my diet? Thanks for any responses and opinions.

Dinner ideas?
I'm having a tough time deciding what to cook for dinner for my boyfriend and I. He isn't really trying very hard to change his eating habits so he doesn't care about eating unhealthy and he is kinda picky. When I ask what he wants for dinner he never knows but when I do cook what I think is best there is always something…
