Accessing old diary entries?
Is there a quick way to access old diary entries (like, 4 years old)? I can't seem to find anything aside from pushing the "back" arrow on the diary page, which of course will take a long time to push back 4 years worth. I'd really like to see what I was eating back then in my early days of weight loss. Thanks in advance.

Fitbit Flex Sync question
I'm sure this has been discussed here before, but I don't want to search for it. I just got a Fitbit Flex, and have it synced with Myfitnesspal and Endomondo. I've had MFP and Endo. synced for several years now to log my runs. The trouble I'm running into is, it's double counting steps and exercise. Fitbit logs my steps…

How do you find motivation
I lost 60 lbs in 2011. It took me the entire year to get it off. And since then, I have been slowly putting back on weight. I'm up 16 pounds from my lowest weight and have been fighting it for over two years. I'm back to being upset with myself every day, having body image issues (even though I'm still an average size,…

Running advice: having some trouble
Hi running friends, I've been running for a couple years now and I battle calf/Achilles tightness from time to time. Last year I trained and completed my first HM and then continued to run with no pain/tightness. We purchased a treadmill last year and for the last 4-5 months or so, I have been mostly running on the…

Feel sick after a long run
I did a long run this morning. I was up for a while before I ran. I ate a little something for energy, had some coffee and water, I warmed up and stretched well. Im on a training schedule and this is only the second time...EVER....that Ive run 7 miles (the last time was back in March). Got home, drank a ton of water, then…

talking myself out of exercise
Im so used to working out 6 days a week and my body craves that feeling of working hard, whether it be lifting or cardio. I feel good afterward and I like to see the calorie burn in my diary. On my one rest day, I ALWAYS fight myself to actually rest. I'll have to talk myself out of exercise because I catch myself thinking…

Running advice- having pain- HM training
Basic info: Took 2 months off running. I am now on week 3 of a 12 week HM training schedule (so basically getting back into running). I have no spare time/weeks to lose. Discouraged by how much endurance I lost, but getting it back. Getting back into the running technique, Im having some serious achilles/lower calf…

Runners- frustrating TMI question
I run first thing in the morning, outside. I wake up at 5:15 and am on the road by 5:45 (takes time to wake up, get dressed, stretch, set my devices, etc). Well, running first thing in the morning gets things moving, if you know what I mean. About a mile in, I start feeling the urge that I need to use the restroom....but…

Discouraged with my running
Im trying not to be too discouraged just yet by the way my runs have gone this week. I know Im just getting back into running after taking a couple months off (but still doing Insanity)...so Ive lost a considerable amount of running endurance. I just know Im capable of running with a MUCH bettter pace than Ive been getting…

It's all about focus
Ive got two small children. I work out at home, only. Dont belong to a gym. Im also off work in the summer and I always work out in the morning. But like most people would do if they had the chance, I like to sleep in during the summer. ( And by "sleep in", I mean til 6:30-7:00.) This summer the kids and I would wake up…

Hey friends. I need advice. Lots of info, so I'll try my best to be as brief as I can. January 2011, began weightloss journey at 204 lbs, size 18. Im 5'4", 30 year old mother of two young kids. Lost 50 lbs in 8 months. Hit 60 lbs (and a size 10) by 11 months. Then stopped. Completely stopped losing. I had an ultimate goal…

half marathon in 3 months
So Ive spent most of this year running several times a week, both inside and outside. I'd built up my endurance to running 6-7 miles at a time. (7.2 was the most Ive ever done, and most days when I ran it was a 5-6 mile run). It took a long time to build up to that. I took a few months off to do the Insanity program. I…
