Snack Attacks!!!
I have a desk job which can be pretty boring at times. I've noticed that even when I'm not hungry, I snack a lot. Not on donuts and cookies, but foods like crackers and toast. Even though it's not total junk food, it does add calories. How do you resist your urge to snack when bored, at work, etc. Thanks guys!
