Weight loss stagnant or unable to lose??

I've been about the same weight since high school (8 years). I was an active cheerleader and weighed 135 pounds of lean muscle. Although I was slim and fit, the weight on the scale really bothered me. Silly me, I thought I was overweight because back then I didn't know that muscle weighs more than fat. Anyway, after high school, I stopped working out, lost the muscle mass, and got down to 120lbs. Currently I'm back at 135lbs, however it's not muscle  ! I'm trying to lose the weight and build back to my toned 135lbs. I want to get into jogging because I hear it's the best cardio and will burn fat w/o building a lot of muscle weight. Can you guys suggest any another exercises that are good for what I'm trying to accomplish? Thanks a bunch!

If you want to look good, building "muscle weight" is going to give you the most bang for your buck.

I havent lost a pound since October of 2010 - but I went from a an 11/12 to a 7/8 and my waist from from 36 to 28.

    not a pound.

    not even .2 pounds.

    weights.

change your body composition if you cant budge the scale.

If you cant change your weight, at least change what the weight is made of.

HA!!! Sadly, I can attest to the fact that if you just snort it, the dental plan isn't necessary. You're welcome.

Then as you know if ur snort long enough you will become a candy fiend and hence lose your teeth. ALso, brushing teeth is not important to meth heads....but the burn in the back of your skull from crank was nice...or som i was told.

I did LOVE me some candy (but only days following benders)! Don't hate! Some junkies care about their appearances! ;)

Yes I do agree the weight training really does help sculpt your body into what you want it to look/feel like.
