Seasoned Nori: LC folks are smart
I enjoy eating seasoned nori as a snack. I'm not "very" low carb by most standards. I'm probably not low carb at all by low carber standards (but probably am when juxtaposed to the S.A.D.). Is there anything I need to consider with nori other than if it fits my goals? It's darn tasty. :)

flex: lights burning out
I've had my flex for a couple of years now (2 or 3). Light number 2 has burned out. Not a big deal, for now. I suppose if other lights burn out, it will be time for a change.
