dinner tonight: sirloin, butter, thyme and brussels in the cast iron
Hubs, the vegetarian, watched a video about the perfect steak. I've been perfecting it, with his assistance. So tonight (for me) was: a sirloin, some butter, some thyme, a super hot cast iron skillet. When that was nearly perfect, I added some steamed brussels, and a bit more butter and let them brown in the butter. OMG.…
