Food scale weighing - Chicken with bones
What is your process/ and what calorie range do you use for weighing chicken on the bone, i.e. drumsticks, thighs, with skin sometimes and without sometimes. I've seen so many different numbers on different sites, and the numbers on the package do not specify if it's weighed on or off the bone... ? Confused!

Barre- like it, love it, hate it?
Has anyone tried barre workouts ? I know very little about it and don't know anyone that's done it. I just moved into a building with a barre center downstairs so I signed up to try a class. Any tips or thoughts would be greatly appreciated! Thank you

Back on Track? Again.....

Calorie Question
Hello! This might be a silly question, or too picky, but anyway- so you burn some amount of calories all day, just sitting doing nothing, right ? So when i go to the gym and run and my HRM says I burn, say, 200 calories, when I track it, isn't tracking 200 technically too high ... ? should i subtract out the basic calories…
