No Remote
My niece posted a motivational quote that has kept me going. It says, "Life has no remote. Get up and change it yourself". I've thought of this quote every day on the treadmill. So far, with the help of this quote and MFP, it's working. 35lbs lost in 16 weeks with 25lbs to go. Hope it helps you too.
