2 MONTH PLATEAU

New to exersise ( newb here)
SW 280 CW 225 GW 250 I am new to the whole exersise thing. I started with just walking in my living roomfor 10 mins. I now walk for 40 mins and do 1 min of jogging every 5 mins. Going over always with sugar
I had a half a pear with my overnight oats for breakfast, and a half a granny smith apple with my lunch...I constantly go over on my sugar...I thought fruit was suppose to be goood....sigh...do I cut out fruit? I have opened my diary for tips...cause i'm at a loss

I feel like i look the same
I have a starting weight of 280 and am now at 228. But when I look in the mirror I still look the same. I am just too embarassed to take a picture. Even when I put on something that was previously too tight all i see is fat. How do I get to the point where I can see myself more positivly?? I still have 88 pounds to go
