Well i'm 47 and 5' 2" start weight was 280 O_0 ....figured I would put a progress pic....only 60 pounds to go yayyy
It just feels so good to wear real clothes again

    Yeah I agree, something I've noticed in a lot of these transformation pics is that the people in the after pictures look SOO much younger and fresher!! I guess that really does prove how much health shows, quite literally. Congrats, you are truly an inspiration to us all- you look great, and more importantly, you look happy! :smile:
