nope no help from me, but i can understand how you feel. I myslef have only 5 lbs to go till goal and i have been stuck bouncing around the same 3-4 lbs since dec. I was 1.4 lbs away from my goal in dec and i have since gained 3 lbs from that low:( i have also tried lower cals, higher cals, changed up routines.. i am incorporating strength and doing a bit more protein and still nothing.....
  • Do you measure? I was stuck for two months as well! I know how frustrating that feels. You are working so hard but not seeing results on a scale. I measured every week and kept a log. Measured Hips, Stomach below and at belly button, arms, Chest and thighs. It was an amazing eye opening experience. Week to week I saw progress even if the scale was not moving. I was losing a 1/2 inch to 1 inch a week. What was funny it was not all in the same places every week. It would bounce a round. But it proved to me that you can be getting smaller and fitter without the scale showing the results. After about 2 months of measuring the weight started to fall with the inches lost. Good Luck!

I looked at your diary and the only striking thing about it aside from being a bit low on cals is not enough green veggies including spinach and broccoli and you do drink lots of coffee (I don't know if that affects weightloss).
Maybe change up your menu a bit. Do u like eggs? Maybe more protein in the morning and make sure you are logging everything and measuring and weighing properly. It will come off! Have you had your thyroid checked?
