I love cottage cheese in the crustless quiche 1 container of 2% cottage cheese 2 eggs any veggies etc what ever you want to put in beat eggs, add cottage cheese and stir...add veggies or ? and put in a flat dish and bake for 30 mins It is very low in calories I also love cottage cheese with Jello lol

I have lost 85lbs by eating right and working out at home...I make up silly routines that work for me (i don't have any equipment except a few little weights) I try to do 40 mins a day :)

I like it with jello mix with 1/4 avacado and boiled egg for egg salad crustless quiche ( 2 eggs, 1 container cottage cheese, veggies or what ever (bake for 30 mins) with berries I guess I just love it anyway

The first step is knowing you need a change...you can do this..and you will feel so much better when you do it. Step #1 done :) Step #2 hard work but so worth it YOU CAN DO IT! PS My blood pressure was over 200...after a month or two of eating healthy and exercising no more pills and normal blood pressure...also my start…

1 chicken breast 1 potato 1 tbsp Salsa sauce Cut potato into slices, place on sheet of tinfoil place chicken breast on top of potatoes. Put tbsp of salsa sauce on top and fold up bake in oven for 45 mins on 400 ....yummmers
