My starting weight is 194.10

254lbs/Just over 115 kg on Oct 31, 2017. Currently (as of today's weigh-in) 148.8lbs/67.5 kg. The top of the healthy weight range for me is 140lbs/63.5kg. I'd like to get a bit deeper into that range, but I'll see how I'm doing when I get there.2
