New to exersise ( newb here)

GW 250

I am new to the whole exersise thing. I started with just walking in my living roomfor 10 mins. I now walk for 40 mins and do 1 min of jogging every 5 mins. Then I do 50 crunches.

I really have no idea what i'm doing.... What I wondered is... I do this 7 days a week. Is this correct? Or how should I be doing this?

Any advice would be very much appreciated
