I hate lunch!
Hi. I hate lunch. I always have. Everyday I just stare in the fridge and usually end up with a bowl of cereal. I can tolerate salads but not very much and I'm not much of a smoothie person. Other issue is I have a gluten sensitivity so I try to stay away from any bread, hence my issue. Any ideas?

Pasta portions
Hello. Every time I search on pasta (thin spaghetti or penne etc.) it is always listed by ounces. I'm wondering why it isn't listed by 1/2 cup; 1 cup etc. I don't have a food scale and certainly cannot eyeball 2 oz! Anyone know how many *cups* 2 oz of pasta is? Thanks!
