Hi Folks: Just a throught...I do alot of early AM classes this time of year, Spin, Boot Camp, and Power Yoga/Pilates. Guys: Per the definition...it a 4 minute cycle, 20 seconds balls out, 10 rest, repeat. Question here is how many of these can you throw into a workout??
