AccuCheck Nano....Any User feedback??

For those who use a glucometer...they advertise 23% Morer accuracy exceeding the FDA requirement which is +/-20%.
Thinking of switching from my current glucometer if anything for the smaller blood sample required. And I don't really like the precision of my current meter which routinely exceed the FDA requirement of 10% Drive me crazy when I get 95, then 117 on the next strip...then 105....then 99...which number do I believe??
