Guys:
Per the definition...it a 4 minute cycle, 20 seconds balls out, 10 rest, repeat. Question here is how many of these can you throw into a workout?? I seemed to be touted as a way to get cardio done in like 12 minues, but there are You Tube videos showing folks that stack differnt exercises and do like 4-5 in a row with say a 1 min cool down in between.
Like anything, progession is key, but also too much of a good thing is bad as well. Did one cycle this AM during spin class...just ignored the instuctor and watched the clock.
Doesn't seem like something you want to do daily...but definitely worthwhile.
