simple toning exersies needed!!!
i hate my arms. they wobble so much. they look fine when they are covered up, but once they're in the open i look 10 times bigger than i am. i want to get them looking normal for summer so i can feel less self concious.... i'm in university, cant afford the gym or any equipment. the only thing i do have is one of them…

i think i may have worked out my weight wrong
i'm not very good with converting things. My scales show my weight in stones. so last time i went on it, it read = 10.10 stone so .... 10 stone = 140 right? so, will the ".10" be another 10 pounds, or ".10" of a stone????? i'm totally confused and dont know how to change the scales to just pounds. i just found a unit…

i ordered a 10 minute workout dvd the other day. you can either do just the ten minutes a day, or combine a few together (i'll probably do that) i'll either get in tomorrow or the day after, but im wondering if they actually work?

need some help
i fell down the stairs earlier - i'm alright, but i've hurt my hip and it's pretty sore. i go on holiday in two weeks, i can't afford to stop exercise now!!! any one got any tips of what i can do, without hurting my hip?. if i stop now, i'll struggle to get back into it when my hip is ok again :/

bmr and calorie help please!
i'm quite confused.. i thought that by eating less calories would help me lose weight faster... but, reading round now, apparently not. and whats ths deficit thing mean? is it good to have a deficit? and the bmr, my bmr comes around 1400, so, by eating my target of 1200 (always under though, just cant eat that much!) will…
