recently i've been drinking a lot of it, so i thought i'd read up about it, and came across this little paragraph:
Emulsifies Fat.
This is for all of you that have some excess fat to lose. According to Nutritionist Ann Louise Gittleman, Ph.D., C.N.S., Cranberry juice contains high levels of organic acids, which have an emulsifying effect upon fat deposits. She generally suggests it along with some flax seed or flax seed oil.
is this telling me that it will help in weight loss??!!?!!? i only bought 2 cartons of it because it was on offer, but if this is right then i might just include it.
anyone else know any other benefits?
also, whats the deal with the pommegranite juice atm?

I drank a LOT of cranberry water when I was on the Fat Flush Plan. Basically it’s 100% REAL cranberry juice (NOT cocktail, NOT sweetened) available at health food stores. I forget the ratio of cranberry to water but it does amazing things for your body. Flushes everything out. Interesting about the Flax Seed Oil because that was in the Fat Flush Plan as well. I might start drinking it again.
Warning: do not, and I cannot reiterate this enough, do NOT drink the pure cranberry juice straight out of the jar. It will knock you on your *kitten*! Very tart. LOL!!

Oh hey! Gittleman. She's the one that wrote The Fat Flush Plan. LOL!! It all makes sense now.....0

No, it won't take it out of your fat deposits. You'd have to drink it with your meal. It'll take what ever you eat and break the fats down into more water soluble chunks (sort of what bile does already).
In that sense, making fat more water soluble seems like it would defeat the purpose since you'd be absorbing more in your small intestines....0
