need some help

i fell down the stairs earlier - i'm alright, but i've hurt my hip and it's pretty sore.
i go on holiday in two weeks, i can't afford to stop exercise now!!!
any one got any tips of what i can do, without hurting my hip?. if i stop now, i'll struggle to get back into it when my hip is ok again :/

    OUCH! :cry: Sorry to hear that. Check with your Doctor, but what about swimming? Just the fact that your body stays cool and you can use a lot of your upper-body muscles, for now. Take care and let us know how you make out!

    Hi -- have to agree with what everyone has said -- swimming is a great option! Of course check with your doctor and make sure everything is ok!!

    I agree with everyone here...swimming burns calories like crazy. BUT check with your doctor and be careful. IF it hurts dont' do it, just watch your calories even more closely over the next couple of weeks and take a break from exercise.

    Try some homeopathic arnica...both oral and local. It always helps me.
