The new me
I wanted to share what I look like now I still have a long why to go , my original starting weigh of 255 when I started weight watcher so actual weigh lost is 27lbs.

muscle ache or sore
After doing TF or any exercise you and your have muscle ache or soreness you should ice the muscle at least for 20 mins. Also to avoid muscle ache and soreness drink lots of water and eat protein that would help.:happy:

should I count it
I work cleaning businesses for 6 days a week and about 2 1/2 hours M-F and Sat. 31/2 hours but I hardly count into my excerise, do you think that I should ? and how much time should I count?

What would you use to get an accurate calorie count when doing turbo fire? Would you use turbo jam /kickboxing or would you use aerobics high impact? When doing turbo fire with a friend she let me use her body bug to see how much calories I burn when doing turbo fire and what I found out that i actually burned less…

I think that this video is the best one I've ever done, and Chalean is right it make every other cardio easy. My favorite is the 60 min CD and the calories you burn is amazing!
