I'm at week 4 on the hybrid have to do 30 TF with Abs workout looking forward to it. :smile:

You shouldn't look at it as you aren't doing much but you should look at it as a way to make improvements because there is always room for improvements. And beside you are working hard and burning calories so keep up the good work and you will see that you will improve in the moves.:happy:

I can't say that I don't like any of the videos but I can say that I don't like one move in ez 45 that is like brushing your shoulder and jumping jack while rotating your hands that move kills me and I'm saying to myself I hate this move when is it over ugh!

I'm glad to that your starting Turbo fire, my advice is stick with the schedule it will help build endurance and once you build that endurance you may want to inculcate other workout for more of a challege but start to build endurance.

I did TF 60 and got ready to go to work, but I love love turbo fire 60. Tomorrow I'm doing 45 with lower body workout.

I use them also but only for the 30, 45 turbo fire. And I brought the same ones at Walmart and they are a 1/2lb more than the ones for turbo jam.

I agree you should start soon but I suggest that to do the new to class and follow the schedule she has (class schedule) which will help you to get use to the moves. Once you start you will love it because she motivating and the music will get you going, so just get start you will like it and your going to see the…

I'm on week 10 but I should be doing the hybrid, but I went off schedule. Starting Monday I will start the hybrid because I think that it's time the I need more of a challege. If you have a suggest please do so, thank you:smile:

I have the same problem too, and i had surgery on my bladder 2 years ago and I was fine for a year and low and behold it's back. What I do is go to the bathroom before I start and I pause the CD and go again, but let's face it I have to put a pad on too. :embarassed:

If this is going to be your first time don't worry the turbo fire CD have a setting before you start that says first time to class or new to class where Chalean will show you the workout steps with you. I know that you will love this CD and the result too.

i've been doing turbo fire since April of 2011, i weighed 255 when I started it and 26lbs. I think it"s the best workout CD I've every had and I have alot of workout CD's.
