Percentage or grams?
I have been watching my percentages to make sure i end everyday in at least 65-30-5 range. Should I be focusing more on meeting the grams of fat-protein-carbs instead? I never go over 20 net carbs, in fact I'm always under. I do count my carbs. What I don't understand is that if I eat the amount of fat (grams) that…

Fiber Supplements
If I take fiber supplements (psyllium/prune non digestible carb - total 25g of fiber daily), should I log it? Would it count towards lowering my net carbs? I feel like I don't want to eat more carbs or get a false sense of what my net carbs are. Should I just stick to counting my net carbs from food alone? Thoughts?

Am I doing this right?
I started Keto about 3 weeks ago and I feel great. I have energy and my mood is fantastic. By the end of week 2 I lost 10 lbs. I'm finding my scale is going up and down by a pound or two every day.
