is there a better way? when i try to enter my ingredient measurements, i only have certain ones to chose from. 2/3 of a cup is non existent. i hope i'm missing something because this will not work for me. help??

exercising at night question...
is it a bad idea to exercise at night? sometimes the best time for me to exercise is after midnight. but i don't like to because i fear it will keep me up all night (feeling energized after i workout). tonight my schedule is really messed up and i could be up all night anyway, so should i get in a workout while i can?
