exercising at night question...

is it a bad idea to exercise at night?
sometimes the best time for me to exercise is after midnight.
but i don't like to because i fear it will keep me up all night (feeling energized after i workout).
tonight my schedule is really messed up and i could be up all night anyway, so should i get in a workout while i can?

Shouldn't take too many tests to find out if it will or not for you.
I've found a really hard weight lifting workout, or strong intervals wears me out. Just have to make sure to eat some good protein with 30 min, and maybe a normal meal within an hour, but then can be tired. That's starting at 9:30 to 10:30, tired by midnight.
Straight cardio energizes me though.
So along with your tests, note what type of workout, may get by with some but not others.0 -
good advice - thanks!0
