i saw this at walmart and i'm wondering if anyone has tried it.
i see posts about the 30 day shred and i want to be able to do that one day
but i couldn't handle it yet.
so i'm wondering if the beginner routine is a good starting place.

anyone know?

    I googled and found a couple of youtube clips - looks like a nice way to get started! Looks like there's a 'frontside' and a 'backside' workout. Some of the moves I saw were similar (some pretty much identical) to ones she uses in various parts of the 30 day shred but it seems like it's a little less intense and a slower pace than the shred. I think it's a great idea if you're not ready to jump into a more intense workout yet - great way to start working those muscles and get them ready for something more. :-) I say go for it!
