what healthy snacks should i get. i eat three regular meals a day and FOR SURE two snacks sometimes three. the meals are up to my husband....but the snacks are all me. any good ideas?

Sparkling water
is it the same as regular water. it has zero everything in it....LIKE water...just tastes delish =] i drink 1 liter of it a day (and atleast 1 liter of boring water) to total at least 8 cups....

Measuring rice...
how would you measure cooked rice. is it packed rice or scoop the rice in the cup orrrrr.... ps i dont have the option to measure it before its cooked.

Fiber.
How much fiber is to much fiber? I was always pretty low on it untill i came to MFP. Now fiber is my favorite food! =] (joke, i know its not a food) I put a tbsp of chia seeds in each meal. and also get it other places....

Breakfast Help Please.
I wake up at 6am for work. Eat breakfast about 7:15. i get to eat lunch at 11:45-12:00. i currently eat a yogurt and piece of fruit, or 1/2 a bagle and a fruit and sparkling water. im looking for better ideas for breakfast that wont kill my day in calories and will keep my tied over till lunch!
