Fiber.

How much fiber is to much fiber? I was always pretty low on it untill i came to MFP. Now fiber is my favorite food! =] (joke, i know its not a food) I put a tbsp of chia seeds in each meal. and also get it other places....

    Im no expert- we'll wait for one- theyll be here soon.. but my guess is there is no such thing as too much- UNLESS - it fills you so much you dont eat enough protein or fats- then you 'may' be doing more harm then good. Fiber keeps us full and is necessary for healthy guts, colon, digestion- etc.
    Im getting a TON more now that I eat well - before I was lucky to hit 12 grams a day now 30 or more is a daily thing without even trying- my fiber line goes red every day no matter what.
