damn comercials get me every time! i dont really care about natual...im a fan of splenda, just thought id try it. it more expencive. ill be going back to splenda after reading that.

there is a natural sweetner made by splenda called nectreese. it is made from monk fruit. i tried it today. its pretty good...maybe better then splenda....

i also put it in my refigerator oatmeal with bananas or apples. im thinking about dipping a whole banana in it too.

I use vanilla greek yogurt and it is AWESOME with a tbsp of pb2. i bought the choclate pb2 yesterday...not so great. have to figure that one out still. ha

im an annoying flyer. i fly with my baby in my lap (about to go on a flight with him and he is a crazy 1 yr old now) i feel bad for people have have to sit next to me..it sometimes help me get people away from me tho...which is nice.

my husband goes to the gym every single day. he works out all the time. he parks in the handicapped spot no matter what. can he walk, yes. but there is more space in thos spots so you dont get door dinged. ps. he is 100% disabled with a broken back and indeed have handicapped plates.

I think about that all the time. i only feed my now 10 month old untill he isnt interested anymore. he will eat and entire sweet potato in one sitting. :-|

Too much protein can make you fat. so if ur over weight and drinking protein shakes....u might as well be drinking half n half. (a little extreme...)

good call. that is what ill do i cant weigh it. i dont have a scale. i want one...but my husband hates little apliences in his kitchen...we dont even have a coffee pot (i have it at work)
