What are your healthy "must have" foods in your home?? I'd love more excellent ideas (:
For me it's:
Cottage Cheese
Greek Yogurt
Bananas
Eggs
Sucralose
Coffee!! (ok so neither healthy nor not healthy but still)
And the list could go on... Others?

- frozen fruit (mango, strawberries are my can't live without two!) for smoothies
- ground flax seed (to add to the aforementioned smoothies)
- i go CRAZY on boneless, skinless chicken breast & pork tenderloin whenever it's on sale
- crystal light (for when i have "pop" type cravings)
& last but not least... PLENTY of reusable water bottles & containers so I can batch cook and easily take food to work.0 -
Mmm.. yeah I use flax seed here and there.. it's ok. I use it to up my protein a bit but it's honestly not that high in it and has more carbs and calories than I care to add. If it had more protein than that would be another story. Carbs are good. If ate properly.
I honestly would like to get some protein powder here someday.0 -

I also love cauliflower.. don't think anyone put that. It's way good in all sorts of ways.
I've never had hummus before... so.. Idk about it.
And I have no idea what quark is.
