What would you eat in hell?

Hell's Kitchen that is. I have a business meeting here today and am trying to pre-plan my lunch. I'd like to be between 400-450 calories. No special dietary restrictions, but I'd rather not come off being a picky eater/orderer, if possible! :smile:

    House salad (no crutons- just eat around them, dont order without and vinigar) and 1/2 a grilled cheese.
