Sparkling water

is it the same as regular water. it has zero everything in it....LIKE water...just tastes delish =] i drink 1 liter of it a day (and atleast 1 liter of boring water) to total at least 8 cups....

    I always figure that anything counts as long a it doesn't have caffiene in it - I love the sparkling water too!

    There will be some here that will have a problem with the artificial sweeteners and the chemicals in the sparkling water and will advocate for pure water flavored with lemon, etc. I don't get too concerned about that so I'll stick with my sparkling water!

    Sparkling water tends to have a few things in it added but if you're not too worried about that (the stuff's in a lot of things these days!) Then it's fine. Do note that the carbonation however will cause some gas in your gut and so if you're hoping for washboard abs but drink a litre of the stuff be prepared to not have those results as the carbonation typically causes a bit of a 'bulge'...It's temporary, usually not too noticeable other than by the individual but just be aware :)

    I myself like an occasional bottle of carbonated water. As a treat I'll have it in lemonade or orange juice
