ok..so i never had a lot of weight to lose. about 15 lbs. i lost the first 10 pretty easy. these last 5 wont budge. and trips, tricks, or advice?
edit: i havent been active on here for several months untill today. i kinda gave up on the 5 lbs. BUT im back today cuz the last 5 lbs have not moved...not down OR up...and im ready to try again

Make your deficit small... aim for no more than 0.5lbs per week. The last 5lbs will come off very slowly.
Since you are so close to your goal something else to do would be to eat at a slight surplus, max out on protein and lift heavy weights to build muscle. Muscle will change the look of your body much more than 5lbs will.0
