Working out at home - shoes or no shoes?
Just wondering what everyone thinks. I'm doing the 30 Day Shred workout videos and they are all wearing shoes, but I don't like to. I find my feet hurt by the end of it. Maybe it's just my shoes, but I still like to workout barefoot. Is that bad? Are shoes better? What do you think?

Chicken bone stuck in throat ... I think?
I ate chicken for dinner a few hours ago and I think I swallowed a bone. Now I can't tell if it's still stuck in my throat or if it's just the scratch that I am feeling? MFP's Circuit Training Calories - is it a mistake?
So normally I only do my 30DS video once and I log it as 20 minutes circuit training (I don't have a HRM). What's harder - the first twenty pounds or the next twenty?
I'm so excited - I've lost almost 20 pounds. By next week, I should be there! But it took a lot of time and focus in order to do it. I feel awesome about it, but I almost feel a bit complacent. I can't decide if the hard part is over, or if the hard part has yet to come. What do you think?

Why the difference?
I was looking up Eggs to put it in my diary and I noticed a big difference between the different ways you can look an egg (i.e. scrambled, poached, fried etc.) Like one was 70 calories but one was 100. Is there actually a difference or is this just one of those inconsistencies with the database?
