Why the difference?

I was looking up Eggs to put it in my diary and I noticed a big difference between the different ways you can look an egg (i.e. scrambled, poached, fried etc.) Like one was 70 calories but one was 100.
Is there actually a difference or is this just one of those inconsistencies with the database?

The one that was 100 maya have accounted for something like butter or oil...or have been an XL egg vs a Large egg.0
