Foods to help satisfy appetite

I've been really good with sticking to my calorie limit and resisting temptation, but I still find myself being really hungry sometimes.

What are some good foods (especially ones to eat in the morning) that will help me feel more full during the day?

    I love to eat as a snack after breakfast a golden delicious apple diced Sprinkled very lightly with cinnamon and a hand full of walnuts...

    The healthy fats keep you satisfied and the fiber from the apple fills you. Nuts and yogurt go good together also... Good luck...
  • For some reason blueberries are helping me right now. They are sweet yet I don't feel like getting crazy with them.
