50 pounds to lose!
When I was on here about four years ago, I lost 27 pounds and then put 14 pounds back on. I am ready to lose 50 pounds. Anyone else out there who wants to lose 50 pounds? I could use some awesome cheerleaders!

back again...need friends!
I stuck with it for awhile the first time and I lost 27 pounds. I quit exercising and quit watching my calories. I didn't gain all of it back but I gained enough back. I need friends who will encourage me. I am 48 and I want to lose 50 pounds.

What do you eat when you snack?
I have a big bowl with fruit in it and I put it on my table so I will reach for that instead of eating junk food.

Eating as much as calculated
I woke up this morning and I wasn't very hungry. I made myself eat a slice of toast and an apple. That didn't register very much calories. I am starting to work out too and I am trying to eat the calories in healthy calories but I get too full. (I have never said that I have been too full when trying to lose weight, LOL!)…
