Napping - Good or bad?
I have read a lot of mixed views on this. Some say after a work out if you eat something healthy, shower and have a short nap (Hour or so) It helps build muscle cos it gives your muscles a rest after being exerted, others say no way. Opinion?

Weight changes due to monthly cycle

Goal for net calories?
What do you guys aim for as your net daily? I have no idea what is a reasonable goal. Let me know what your calorie goals are and your net calorie goals, maybe then I will be less stuck as to what is reasonable? Thanks

Protein allowance?
Is going over your protein allocation really bad? It just seems that the plan on here does not allow much, say if I have a tin of tuna with my lunch and a piece of chicken with my tea, i have already gone over my protein allowance. This is proving difficult. Help? Thanks.
