I just got tired of doing nothing. Moaning about something I wasn't putting any effort in to fix. So I am fixing it, and I am not stopping it till I am where I want to be fitness, health, and weight wise. Once you get into a regular routine it becomes addictive, much like this website.

5'4 and my goal is 115lbs, initially was 110 but I want to build up muscle and so 110 with muscle is unrealistic, 115 might even be unrealistic. So 115- 120 just so long as I look the way I want to.

I think it depends how intense it is, the 30 day shred 20 mins is plenty, for example. However if 20 mins doesn't make you feel really pushed go longer, as others have said, time yourself but don't let that be the main point, go till you can't any more.

Vanity mainly, but also health. I am sick of eating terribly and not being fit enough. I want to have abs etc so I am aware of them and aware that I worked hard to get them. Also moving to a new city in February, I want to make the best first impression I can. :)

I always net low, really low. usually <200, today it is 86. I am eating big healthy meals, I am not hungry, and I am losing weight. I am happy with that. Different strokes. If what you are doing is working for you go for it. If i did the whole eat what you burn id be eating 2500cal a day and that idea is horrifying for me.

Ehhh. I dunno I think if you eat till calories remaining is close to zero you can be more inclined to gain weight, if you are exercising also. I eat my initial set amount of calories but I do not eat back the ones I gain from work outs, so i always have a fairly high number of "remaining calories" at the end of the day,…

Yeah that is calories, I meant net, as in the what you eat - what you burn. I wasn't aware that this was something MFP had in the diet plan?
