losing to fast
Ok I lost another 3 pounds I think I might be losing to fast. I guess I need to eat more cause I am only eating about 600 to 900 cals!!!!!!!

Ok I walk on the treadmill about 2-3 times a week and clean my house is that enough exercies

Ok I am unable to workout due to being sick I am dizzy so should I just eat less :sick: :yawn:

lost 6 more lb
I went from 145 to 134 and now to 129. I know that dont seem like much to weight but I am only 4 6 so I am really to short for that I am doing really good and I am VERY happy with myself for not haveing a bad day YET!!!!!

I am so ready to lose this fat!!! I am a 28 year old mother of two wonderful girls and a girlfriend to my high school sweet heart... We will be getting married at some point... so I really need to lose it so I can feel better about me cause right now I hate the way I look any help or pointers will be nice
