I am so ready to lose this fat!!! I am a 28 year old mother of two wonderful girls and a girlfriend to my high school sweet heart... We will be getting married at some point... so I really need to lose it so I can feel better about me cause right now I hate the way I look


any help or pointers will be nice

    Hello and Welcome.
    You asked for pointers.
    Make sure you drink all of your water every day even the bad day. And yes we have bad days…..we are human….it happens from time to time. And log your food. Keeping a food diary…journal….log….what ever you want to call it is the main KEY to successful weight loss.

  • welcome you will find terrrrific support here!!! as Loretta-jo said journal everything you eat or are going to eat. There is something about having to actually write (or type) everything down that makes you feel more accountable Good luck
