My journey so far started from march untill today i am not happy with it if i worked harder i would have been in a better shape... But am keep going untill i reach the image of my body formed in my mind... I hope i can motivateat least one member Started weight 105kg Current weight 83 Goal 80

it has been 8 weeks full of healthy eating and HIIT cardio >> still in progress started with 104KG now am 89 KG KEEP it up guys its not easy but its not impossible GOOD LUCK :drinker:

Hey guys: I just want your advice regarding my HIIT approach; i do HIIT for 40 minute 1 minute jogging at 9km/h and 1 minute sprinting at 13km/h for 40 mins which equivlent to 7KM 4 days a week? i weight 98kg my height is 1.86. my diet been restricted to roughly 900 calories a day. i only managed to lose 2.5KG a week? is…
