IMO this is not a HIIT workout if you are going for 1min on interval and for 45min. HIIT intervals are performed at near maximum effort (90%+ effort). It is very difficult for one to go that hard for that long and that many times. HIIT intervals are more like Tabatas (20sec on: 10sec rest x 8sets). For it to be classified as HIIT you would have to be above the 90%+ max effort which translates into few sets or rounds.

I read it on one of the scientific website and i found it easier to calculate the mins rather than get mixed up counting seconds and mins..

Regarding my calories you guys are right .. But the thing is i only have 1 boiled egg in the morning with half of brown bread.. Then snacks ( mix fresh fruits) and then my dinner most of the time is homemade soup or tinned soup.. And then snacks ( fruit or salad)

I do feel hungry but i intend not to eat..

    Regards

When will people learn that you don't need to starve to lose weight....

A moderate deficit of 300 - 500 cals is all you need.

MFP gives you a goal for a reason....

I give up, enjoy starving yourself!
