Packed food for outing
Im going to visit the Sagada caves this weekend. Im afraid i will not have a lot of healthy food choices on the road. I am planning on packing some tofu teriyaki for 1-2 days. That seems to be my favorite lately. Is that a good idea? What are your suggestions?

Are there others like me? Smokers who just want to start a healthy life? My choice to quit smoking doesnt seem to help me from my food cravings. Its so hard to start the two together. ... Or so i think. Fast food is so mich easier to order. How do you prepare your diet meal? Doyou wake up an hour earlier to pack everything? Place per meal in lock and locks? This is one of my excuses. I just dont have the time to prepare it . Tips please

What is a serving of..?
When you say a cup of rice? How many is that? Its pretty vague to me most of the time. I think prefer it when they refer it to grams. Do you have a reference for this?

What should i take for dinner?
I ate 2- 3 servings of whole cereal ( no milk) but then I also ate 5 mini butter cups from reese. Kill me!! I feel the urge not to eat anything else for the day. Im left with 268 cal. How should i wisely choose what to it? :'(
