... Or so i think. Fast food is so mich easier to order. How do you prepare your diet meal? Doyou wake up an hour earlier to pack everything? Place per meal in lock and locks?
This is one of my excuses. I just dont have the time to prepare it .
Tips please

I think the time I spend preparing my food in the morning isn't any longer than the time I'd have to queue to pick up takeaway. Doesn't take long to chop up salad. You could always prepare the night before if you're struggling though. It's just about developing new habits.0

I'd suggest prepare the night before. On your days off you can make big meals & freeze individual portions.0

I usually do the prep the night before so I don't have to get up so early in the mornings. Also, leftovers from dinner can be pretty good for lunch the next day, depending on what you had!0

that!
i usually have for lunch salad with chicken (like mcdonalds chicken and cesar salsa salad, but chicken fried on half tabelspoon of olive oil, not deepfried chicken in bread) or rice with veggies and seafood (i buy it frozen package, takes 5 minuets to fry) or beef chunks with veggies and some noodles.
salad takes about 10 min to prepare, rice also, beef about 20 minutes, I do it night before,
I also cook slightly more on sat and sunday so I already have food for monday and tuesday, then I make one of the 3 things above for 2 days.
Total amount of work: 0 for monday, 0 for tuesady, 10 to 20 minutes for wednesday and thursday, done on tuesday night
friday i eat out
I think all that eating healthy is expensive and time consuming bla is just an excuse. I eat more healthy and it takes some planning, and extra 20 minutes to cook on tuesdays (but then buying fastfood would actually take more i guess... at least 5 minutes 4 times a week =20min) and one meal cost me 2 to5 euros, when fast food would be like 6to10euros
