Stronglifts progress pics! -- 5 weeks
Hey all, I started Stronglifts on August 23rd. I started with the bar. Body fat percentage 22.3. 5 weeks in: Squats: 110 Bench: 80 Pendlay: 65 OHP: 50 DL: 115 I am not doing any cardio, just lifting 3x a week and eating between 2000 -2300 calories a day. ok let me make sure i have this right in my head...
Based on my TDEE and my BMR and all that, I have figured out my cut is 1900-2000. Today I burned over 600 calories. So that makes my net 1200ish. Since my TDEE - cut factors in exercise, I DO NOT need to eat back exercise calories UNLESS I burn so much that I am netting under my BMR, right? But how much more do I need to…
