Back from after a bout a 2 year hiatus, with a lot of life changes and a desire to get back on track again :) I have found that when I used to be active on this site, it helped me to stay focus and accountable!! I need this in my life again. Looking for support and welcome new friend requests!

Your daily water...
I am so not a lover of drinking water. Most of the time I find my self having to concentrate on getting as much as i can down in one sitting due to simply forgetting or just getting really busy at work. Granted, i do drink the suggest amount per day and sometimes more. Is it bad to drink most of your water intake at once…

Water consumption???
I know this question has probably been answered a million times, but I'm going to ask anyways... I need the education :happy: So... amount of water to drink per day is half of ones weight in ounces, right??? Please correct me if i am wrong!!!

tracking calories burned after workout is over....
I have heard may times by different people that you are still burning calories once your work out is over. Is there a way to track that?

The paleo diet... comments anyone?
I have just started getting back on the wagon with my fitness and dieting. I heard about this diet and wanted to know if anyone has had any experiences with it or could share on this. Good or bad.
